Hannah Beardon: ICT for Development (pt.1)

ICTs can certainly bring substantial benefits to developing

countries.  When you delve more deeply into who benefits most and in

what way, however, the issues are not as straightforward as might

appear at first sight. In this audio file Hannah Beardon, an

independent consultant working on Participatory Communications for

Development, talks about some of the complexities surrounding use of

ICTs for development.
